Important Information – Summer Respite
Hello dear parents,
Here is the important information regarding your child’s stay with Répit Emergo this summer. Please read it carefully and write to us at info@repitemergo.com if you have any questions.

The on-site emergency number will be provided at check-in.
Arrival and Departure Times
- Arrival: between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM directly at the camp. A team member will greet you at the main entrance.
- Departure: between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM at the end of the stay.
Medication
- Use of the Dispill system is mandatory, along with a copy of the valid prescription.
- As-needed medication must be in its original container with the pharmacy label.
- All medication, prescriptions, and a photocopy of the health insurance card must be handed to the health care coordinator upon arrival.
Special Diet
- If your child follows a special diet, you must provide the meals and menu for the duration of the stay.
- Strict prohibition: No food containing or possibly containing traces of nuts is allowed.
Health Guidelines
- A medical certificate is required if your child has a heart condition.
- Please inform us if your child has had a contagious illness in the 15 days prior to camp, or has been in contact with someone who has.
- Please provide enough diapers or incontinence briefs if necessary.

- Sunscreen SPF 30+ and insect repellent
- Water bottle
- Communication tools used at home (pictograms, notebook, etc.)
- Photocopy of the health insurance card
- Intervention plan, if applicable

- 6 pairs of underwear
- 6 pairs of socks
- 2 pairs of warm socks
- 6 t-shirts
- 2 long-sleeve shirts
- 3 pairs of shorts
- 2 pairs of long pants
- 2 pajamas
- 1 swimsuit
- 1 sun hat
- 1 windbreaker
- 1 rain jacket
- 1 pair of rain pants
- 1 pair of shoes
- 1 pair of sandals
- 1 pair of slippers
- 1 pair of rain boots
- 1 labeled laundry bag
- 4 washcloths
- 2 bath towels
- 2 beach towels
- Shampoo, soap, deodorant
- Toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush or comb
- Shaving cream and razor (if needed)
Important Reminders
- All personal items must be clearly labeled.
- If you need to cancel, please contact us by email. If the stay has already begun, you will be charged for services already provided.
- Receipts will be sent in September.

The emergency number (team cellphone) will be provided at check-in.
Departure and Return
- Check-in at 6:00 PM at the office. You may bring the participant directly to camp around 7:45 PM.
- Return at 4:00 PM at the office (or pickup at 2:15 PM directly at camp).
- Late fee: $1 per minute after 4:15 PM (or 2:30 PM if you pick up your child at camp).
Paratransit: not accepted. A parent must be present for both drop-off and pick-up.
Medication

- Bring weather-appropriate clothing, personal hygiene items, and a bath towel.
- All items must be clearly labeled (don’t forget shoes and boots).
- Bedding is provided by the camp.
Communication Tools and Intervention Plan
- If necessary, bring your child’s usual communication tools (notebook, pictograms, etc.).
- If an intervention plan was established in the past year, please email it to info@repitemergo.com.
